The Bill (Reg. No.2747) enhances the procedure of creating territories and objects of the nature reserve fund and regulates fulfillment of nature protection measures since the date the institution and object of the Nature Reserve Fund is created. The Bill also strengthens governmental control over the observance of requirements established for the functioning of territories and objects of the nature reserve fund.
The Bill includes regulations concerning organization of functioning of natural reserves, biosphere reserves, national natural parks, regional landscape parks, botanic gardens, dendrologic parks, zoological gardens, and other institutions of nature reserve fund of national importance.
